Killer Products: Face Wash

We’ve talked about face wash in the past, but we both get ADD when it comes to beauty products. There’s nothing really wrong with the old products, we’re just always looking for the next best thing.

m’s choice:

I don’t know about you all, but I tend to jump around from product to product until I find one I really like. Once I do, I stick with the product until I need a change.

Buy Me These – iPhone Accessories

I’ve only had an iPhone for a few months now, but I am obsessed with all the awesome cases out there. I’d love to have one for every day of the week. We change purses to match our outfits, so I figure why not change iPhone cases just as often. They’re well on their way to becoming just as much of a fashion statement as any of the other accessories in our closets. Manicure Monday – Polka Dots and Mint

A few days ago, I applied the polka dot Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips pictured below. If you’ve never tried them, I highly recommend them. They’re easy to put on and actually stay on for a while (even on my nails that seem to repel polish). However, I get bored easily and after a few days I was ready for a change.

My nails before

I wanted to change them up slightly without spending too much time on them, so I used tape to mark off where I wanted to add some color and was quite pleased with the results.

tape, manicureI waited for the polish to dry and then removed the tape. I found the original polish was less likely to peel when I peeled the tape from cuticle to tip. Finish with a clear top coat and you have a fun, new manicure!

manicure, mint, polka dotI’m so pleased with the quick and easy results that I want to go buy more of the nail polish strips and try other designs on top of them.

And of course, we’d love to see what you can come up with!
