I am loving the updated boho chic vibe, reminiscent of 60′s and perfect for summer. The updated boho style includes pendant necklaces, layered jewelry, rings, round sunnies, tailored jackets, a-lined skirts, flowy pants, floppy hats, oversized fedoras and so much more. It still has that laid back, chill vibe of the 60′s that we all love, but with a little more attention to detail. Think festival fashion and celebs like the Olsen twins, Vanessa Hudgens and Nicole Richie. However, currently I believe the crown goes to Rachel Zoe on portraying the definition of what exactly this updated hippie look is. It could be my new position in menswear that is inspiring this post, but I think there is something so cool yet powerful about a woman in menswear. The trick to perfecting the menswear look is to keep a least one piece tailored or fitted. You don’t want to completely loose your feminine shape, and too baggy of clothing can look sloppy. Also, try a pink oxford shoe or a fitted floral blazer to keep your girly touch!
